<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Prior to the appointment of Faris, 52, the company was managed by a three-men executive committee headed by Rasli following the death of its former managing director Datuk Izham Yusoff on Mar 12 last year.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the group said Faris has more than 25 years’ experience in senior positions with listed and non-listed companies, and vast experience in strategic corporate planning, restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions as well as operations management.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>He has worked for Ayer Molek Rubber Company Bhd, Mun Loong Bhd, and Ho Hup Construction Company Bhd.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Bina Darulaman closed unchanged at 32 sen today for a market capitalisation of RM95.71 million.</p></div>
