<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, BMedia said the disposal of 11.26 million shares was done on Oct 10 in the market. It had acquired the BCorp shares in 2010, whose average carrying value was 27 sen per share as at Oct 10.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>"The disposal is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings of BMedia Group. The net assets per share of BMedia Group was reduced from 7.8 sen as at April 30 to 7.3 sen and the gearing ratio increased from 0.39 to 0.42 times for the same period," it added.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>BMedia shares were untraded today. The counter last closed at 20.5 sen per share, giving it a market capitalisation of RM48.19 million.</p></div>
