SINGAPORE (Jan 9): Chinese internet giant Baidu is teaming up with Singapore-based Asia Mobility Industries (AMI) to launch a US$200 million (S$266 million) venture fund to drive opportunities in the region for autonomous vehicles and smart transportation.

Baidu and AMI will form a joint venture to launch the Apollo Southeast Asia fund, which will be based in Singapore.
