<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>He is replacing Tan Sri Azizan Husain, 74, who has resigned "to pursue other personal commitment", Fiamma said in stock exchange filings today.</p></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>The group's independent and non-executive director Dr Teh Chee Ghee, 52, has also resigned, citing the same reason.</p></div><div class=inPageAd id=div-gpt-ad-inpage></div>

<div class=newsTextDataWrapInner><p>Separately, the group said Eugene Lee Cheng Hoe, a chartered accountant and registered financial planner, has been appointed the group's independent and non-executive director.</p></div>
