KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 20): Anzo Holdings Bhd executive director Mazlan Mohamad has stepped down from his post due to other commitments.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Anzo said the 53-year-old Mazlan is resigning due to “other commitments which require his full attention”.

Mazlan was appointed to the company's board of directors on June 23, 2014.

According to Anzo’s 2017 annual report, he was a business development director of Anzo, and held positions in Kawalan Keselamatan Ikhlas Sdn Bhd as managing director and Ramajuta (KL) Empire Development Sdn Bhd as deputy chief executive officer.

Anzo shares closed unchanged at 10 sen today, for a market capitalisation of RM88 million.
