KUALA LUMPUR (July 29): Aemulus Holdings Bhd has secured new orders worth approximately RM37.9 million from its existing Malaysia-based customer from the automotive industry.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing on Friday (July 29), the company said its unit Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd (ACSB) had bagged the orders for the automotive test systems.

It said the revenue from the said new orders shall be recognised progressively upon delivery of the systems.

The company said the orders are expected to be fulfilled from August 2022 until June 2026.

Aemulus said the orders would contribute positively to its earnings for the financial year ending Sept 30, 2022 and the subsequent financial years.

At midday break on Friday, Aemulus rose 4.35% or 2.5 sen to 60 sen with 9.74 million shares traded.
