In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Accsoft said Khairul Azwan, 41, will replace Yee Yit Yang, 50, who has been redesignated to the role of independent director of the company. 
&nbsp; 
Khairul Azwan, a qualified accountant, is currently the chairman of the Chulia Group of Companies, which is mainly involved in facilities management. 
&nbsp; 
He is also an adjunct lecturer of management and leadership at Universiti Technology Petronas. 
&nbsp; 
Accsoft’s share price closed down 1.5 sen or 2.14% at 68.5 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM570 million.</div>
