Aziz, aged 61, holds 9.43 million shares or a 1.22% stake in Naim Indah. He served as a director of budget airline AirAsia Bhd from Dec 12, 2001 to Oct 11, 2004 and then as an alternate director to Datuk Pahamin Ab Rajab from Oct 11, 2004. Subsequently he was appointed non-executive director of AirAsia on April 20, 2005. On June 16, 2008, Aziz was redesignated as a non-executive chairman of AirAsia and subsequently in November 2013 as a non-independent non-executive director.&nbsp; Aziz is currently executive chairman of VDSL Technology Sdn Bhd.</div>
